Goodbye acros.

Today officially marked my last day at acros. It's with a laughing and crying eye that I say goodbye. And it's fair to say this was a wild ride, that had me with all kinds of emotions and sleepless not only a handful of times. The small, niche company I joined almost 5 years ago became a global player during that time, with all the challenges and hiccups that such a transformation brings with it.

The fact that we were able to collectively instill a culture that meets customers with empathy, was a pleasure to be part of.

Thanks to, acros, my team and everybody else for a ride I will never forget. And a special thanks to my former boss Erwin Botosch for taking me on board to run marketing. For trusting me with a full-on brand relaunch, building up a team and everything in between. And while it might be easy to think that the rebranding was my absolute highlight, it couldn't be further from the truth. The fact that we were able to collectively instill a culture that meets customers with empathy, was a pleasure to be part of. To be able to ditch the marketing hype that dominates our world to work on creating real value for customers has taught me so much and (finally) made me proud to be a marketeer.

Now it's time to re-group and enjoy a couple of slow(er) weeks before it's time to start a new adventure and look beyond the headset.

Happy holidays everyone!
